What you will be doing:

• Since we focus on insurance restoration we sell roofing systems, gutters, and siding to people affected by weather related damage to their homes through insurance.
• Complete a Home Inspection for damage.
• You will meet with community homeowners and business owners who have been affected by storm damage. Most owners are unaware they even have storm damage. You will assist them in getting it repaired through your expert knowledge and training in the insurance process.
• You will work with the homeowner to educate them through the process of restoration through insurance, monitor all steps of the restoration process and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to complete the claims process.
• Your main job is to reach out to 30 new people a day!
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM), lead tracking software, and update client information daily.
• Help your friends and neighbors in this area get what they desperately need (their most valuable asset; their home) repaired and paid for by the insurance company.
• No experience necessary! You must bring a positive attitude, self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Must also be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work on heights & ladders.
• Must be able to work within OSHA 19 guideline with ladder safety requirements and of ladder restrictions that are rated to hold 300 lbs. max.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
